Warriors move to 4-1 on the season!

Golf defeats Fisher (170 to 186) last night at Ironhorse. Ryker Gough tied for medalist honors with a 40 in our last home meet of the season. Volleyball loses in 2 on the road at Warrensburg. JV and Fresh/Soph also fall in 2.

Freshmen in 1st hour Computer Concepts are pumped for tonight's Powder Puff competition. Kickoff is scheduled for 6pm!

SJO defeats the Warriors in 3. JV and Fresh/Soph both drop their contests in 2 sets.

Congrats to Lanie Yantis who finishes 5th overall at today's Central Illinois Conference Golf Meet in Moweaqua. With today's performance Lanie earns All-Conference recognition!

The boys shot a team total of 353. Evan Englehardt finished 8th overall and Ryker Gough was 10th.

Last night's athletics round up: Volleyball drops 2 close sets to Argenta-Oreana. JV falls in 3 while the Fresh/Soph split sets. Boys golf competed at Clinton Country Club and are on the course at Moweaqua right now for the Central Illinois Conference meet. JV football defeated Clinton 28-0.

Today's Homecoming dress-up theme is Students Dress as Teachers and Teachers Dress as Students. Who wore it better?

Results from Saturday's 48th Annual Tuscola Classic. Thanks to Coach Hornaday, Coach Sterkel, and Coach Garrison for their many hours of planning and preparation for such a large race. Thanks as well to the numerous race-day volunteers for donating their time and assistance.

Football moves to 3-1 with tonight's victory over Clinton. The Warriors are back in action next Friday for Homecoming against PBL.

Mark your calendars to kick off the holiday season with the TCHS Drama Department! The Best Christmas Pageant Ever will be at Stage 301 November 21st-23rd. More information coming soon!

Sports round-up from last night:

Boys golf wins the 3-team meet at Eagle Creek Golf Course. All 6 Warrior golfers finished in the top 10 with Nixon Steinert finishing 2nd overall. Congrats as well to Chris Rennels for winning the Putter Raffle.

Varsity volleyball falls in 2 sets to Chrisman. Our JV wins in 2.

JV football falls on the road to Tri-Valley 32-16.

It was a great day for the TCHS Band on Saturday where they participated in the U of I Band Day. Our students rehearsed all day and then performed at halftime of the Fighting Illini football game.

Thanks to Brad Hurtig for starting our morning off at the high school with an all-school assembly. Brad had a great message for our students to "Find a Way."

Cross Country results from Saturday's First to the Finish Invitational at Detweiller Park in Peoria.

Kate Foltz finished 2nd overall in the Class 1A race.

Final from Downs. The Warriors go on the road and defeat Class 2A state-ranked Tri-Valley! Tuscola regained the lead on a 2pt conversion with 32 seconds to go!
